1:1 After placing an Order we will send you an e mail acknowledging the Order. A Contract between you and IBS Boat Supplies will only exist once the order has been acknowledged, processed and shipped to you. If you prefer to place your order over the phone this is accepted.
2: Prices, Payment & Delivery
2:1 The prices quoted include Vat but exclude delivery charges which will be added to the total amount due.
2:2 Certain locations in the United Kingdom will have a surcharge on our standard Carriage charge. This will include Highland & Islands as well as Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man & the Isle of Wight. Please note that ‘hazardous goods’ i.e. glues, solvents etc cannot be sent by post.
2:3 Prices and availability of Goods are subject to change without notice.
2:4 Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card. We will charge your credit or debit card when the order is placed. Orders can be placed over the phone.
2:5 Your delivery will be fulfilled by the date set out in the e mail confirmation
2:6 Any product ordered from outside the UK maybe liable to import duties, taxes or additional freight handling costs which are levied when the goods reach the specific destination. You are responsible for all these charges.
3: Risk & Title
3:1 The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery
3:2 Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums dues including delivery charges

Damaged, Shortages or Faulty Goods
Please notify us by e mail on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01621-744250.
If you receive any damaged or faulty goods please return to us within 28 days of receipt with proof of return postage and your Sales Invoice Number. IBS will replace the faulty/damaged goods. In some cases the goods will have to be returned to the Manufacturer for testing, and this may delay the order being shipped back to you.
Refunds & Exchanges

If you wish to exchange or request a refund, the following conditions will apply:
i) The goods must be new and be in the original un-opened packaging with a copy of your Sales Invoice and returned to us within 28 days
ii) All return delivery charges and risk is at your cost
iii) IBS reserve the right to charge up to a 25% re-stocking fee if the goods returned are non IBS stock, or if the returned products are not in it’s original packing making it not fully re-saleable
5: Consumer Rights
Your statutory right enables you to cancel your purchase by notifying us by e mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. You have up to 7 days following the day the goods are delivered. The goods must be returned to us immediately and in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
6: Goods Conformity
We take great care to ensure that the specification & description of our products is correct at time of publication on our website. The description of the products is not intended to be binding and only as a general description.
